Preparation
Step 1
Cook the pasta as per the instructions on the pack. Drain and reserve 1 cup of pasta cooking water.
Step 2
Meanwhile, in a medium skillet over medium-high heat, add the olive oil, garlic, anchovies, and chili flakes. Stir until garlic is golden and the anchovies have melted into the oil. Then add the capers and olives, and stir to combine.
Step 3
Once it’s fully combined, add the marinara sauce, and let it simmer for 8-10 minutes. Then, add the cooked pasta. Add ½ a cup of pasta water if it’s a little too thick.
Step 4
Serve garnished with a generous amount parmesan and parsley.
