Preparation
Step 1
In a large deep pot, add oil, celery, leeks ,onion and garlic. Sauté over medium heat for 3 minutes. Add remaining vegetables and beans and sauté for another 3 minutes.
Step 2
Cover with broth and add oregano, basil and bay leaves. Season with salt and pepper over medium high hea. Leave until boiling, then remove the bay leaves.
Step 3
Add pasta and reduce heat. Leave to cook for 12-14 minutes. Serve hot.
