Flat croissants our way! We wanted to add our own twist to it and serve it salty! With scrambled eggs, mashed avocado, and the addition of special chipotle mayonnaise!

Preparation

Step 1

-Roll the ready made croissant until flat.
-Drizzle honey and brown sugar on the croissant, put it on a flat pan on medium heat and press it with heavy press until crispy.
-Flip it and press on the other side until thin crispy and set aside.

Step 2

For scrambled eggs:
-Crack the eggs into a medium bowl and add the cream.
-Whisk until smooth and combined.
-Melt butter in a small nonstick skillet and cook eggs to your desired texture.
-Remove the pan from the heat when the eggs are mostly set.
-Season to taste with salt and pepper
-To assemble, Spread chipotle mayo on the flat croissant, add guacamole then scrambled eggs.
-Garnish with arugula and feta cheese.
