Preparation
Step 1
Cook the pasta as per the instructions on the packet. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
To prepare the meat sauce, add oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and cook until the onion is softened. Add the minced beef and cook until brown. Top with cinnamon and nutmeg.
Step 3
Add tomato paste and stir for1 minute. Then, add crushed tomatoes and sugar, bringing to a simmer for around 20 minutes.
Step 4
Place the pasta in a baking dish (around 20x30cm), and top with feta cheese and meat mixture and mix. Pour alfredo sauce on top, and sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan.
Step 5
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees, and bake until golden and bubbly (approx. 30-40 minutes). Let stand for 15 minutes and serve.
