Preparation
Step 1
Marinate your chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Then, in a large skillet, heat 2 tbsp of oil and add the chicken. Fry on both sides for 4 minutes, until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Step 2
Add the remaining oil in the same skillet. Then, add onion and stire for 1 minute, until translucent. Add garlic and rosemary and stir for an additional minute. Finally, add orzo and continue stirring until light golden.
Step 3
Return the chicken to the pan, adding chicken broght and seasoning with salt and pepper. Let the mixture come to a boil, then reduce heat and cover. Leave to cook for 15-20 minutes, until the orzo and chicken are fully cooked. Remove from heat and add lemon juice. Garnish with lemon slices and parsley and serve.
