Preparation
Step 1
Cook the pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water. Two minutes before the pasta is al dente, add the peas.
Step 2
While the pasta cooks, mix the yogurt and garlic together in a bowl. Season with salt. Add 1 ladle of the pasta cooking water and mix to achieve a sauce consistency.
Step 3
Drain the pasta, saving some cooking water if needed. Stir into the yogurt sauce with the chicken, parsley, lemon zest and juice, and pine nuts.
Step 4
Divide among four bowls to serve.
