Preparation
Step 1
Cook the Ditalini Lisce pasta as per the instructions on the packet.
Step 2
In a frying pan, heat the oil and then sauté the onions. Add the chicken pieces; cook until slightly golden.
Step 3
Add 3 tbsp of water and place a lid on the frying pan. Cook until the water has disappeared. Set aside to cool.
Step 4
In a large bowl, mix the yoghurt, crème fresh, turmeric, cumin, cayenne pepper, curry powder and mango chutney. Add the lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Step 5
Add the chicken, onions and the pasta to the sauce and mix well.
Step 6
Transfer to a serving dish and place in the fridge for 30 minutes and serve after garnishing the dish with fresh parsley.
