Preparation
Step 1
To make the dough:In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and knead for 10 minutes until the dough comes together. Cover the dough and let it rise for 3 hours, or until it doubles in size.
Step 2
To assemble the flatbread: Once the dough has doubled in size, transfer it to a floured surface. Shape the dough into a 12-inch oval and transfer it to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Top the dough with the GOODY chopped tomatoes, sliced olives, whole mushrooms, and burrata cheese.
Step 3
To bake the flatbread: Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Bake the flatbread in the oven for 15 minutes.
Step 4
To make the sauce: In a blender, combine the pomegranate molasses and GOODY berries and walnuts infused balsamic vinegar.
Step 5
To serve: Once the flatbread is cooked through, drizzle the sauce over it. Top with a drizzle of olive oil, thyme, and ground walnuts. Serve and enjoy.
