Preparation
Step 1
In a pot over the heat, heat the oil and then put the garlic and stir it until it is fried, then add the sauce and tomatoes and stir them over low heat until the sauce is incorporated.
Step 2
Boil the vermicelli according to the instructions mentioned on the package, while preserving its circular shape, then drain it and leave it aside.
Step 3
Season the crab and shrimps with salt, black pepper, garlic and lemon, and fry it.
Step 4
Prepare the sauce by adding the French sauce and mustard.
Step 5
In the serving dish, form layers of shrimp, vermicelli and sauce as shown in the picture, then garnish it with coriander, and pour the mustard and French sauce mix on the top.
