Preparation
Step 1
Boil the cauliflower in boiling water for five minutes, then drain and dry thoroughly.

In a bowl, mix the cauliflower coating ingredients well and add a little water to thin the batter.

Cover each piece of cauliflower with the batter, letting the excess drip off.

Prepare the frying oil and heat it, then fry the cauliflower until it turns golden brown.

To make the sauce, add the olive oil to a medium saucepan and add the remaining ingredients. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes until thickened.

To make the yogurt mixture, mix all the ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
Step 7
To assemble the fatta, place the fried bread first in a serving dish, then the fried cauliflower, and pour the prepared tomato sauce. Finally, add the yogurt sauce.
Step 8
Garnish with roasted nuts or fresh parsley.
