Preparation
Step 1
Boil the spaghetti in boiling salted water for 7 minutes until it is half-cooked (a little soft but still coherent). Drain and leave it aside.
Step 2
Thaw the butter with the olive oil in a large bowl over medium heat, and when the butter is thawed, add the garlic immediately; stirring for a minute. Afterwards, add the shrimps, salt and black pepper; stirring constantly for 5 minutes until the shrimps turn pink.
Step 3
Take the shrimps off the fire and place them in a side dish, then add parsley, lemon peels, and coarse chili; stir until all the ingredients are incorporated together; afterwards, add the spaghetti and stir. Place the spaghetti and shrimps in the serving bowl; garnish with parmesan cheese and serve.
