Preparation
Step 1
Boil the shrimp in water for two minutes, then cut the shrimp into small pieces.

In a deep frying pan, melt the butter, then add the chopped shrimp, then season with salt and black pepper, stirring for a minute. Then remove it from the pan and set it aside.
Step 3
In a bowl, put the mayonnaise and lemon juice, then the shrimp, celery and onion mixture.
Step 4
Cut the top of the brioche bread, then brown it a little in the pan, then add the shrimp mixture and a squeeze of lemon,Serve!
