Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 218 c and line a baking sheet with parchment paper, Slice the squash and remove any seeds and add to baking sheet.
Step 2
Drizzle with oil and sprinkle cinnamon on top then roast in oven for 35 minutes or until tender.
Step 3
While the squash roasts, cook pasta according to instructions on box when cooked, in a bowl.
Step 4
Add the pasta and pesto together and toss.
Step 5
To serve, in a plate add pasta and top with squash, grate with cheese and top with pecan and serve.
