Preparation
Step 1
Heat a pan on medium low heat, add generous amount of oil along with the sliced onions and let it cook until wilted
Step 2
Add garlic and chili and cook for 30 seconds to 1 minute while stirring
Step 3
Increase heat to medium high then add liver and cook with stirring every minute or less.
Step 4
Cook until liver is fully cooked about 7-10 minutes.
Step 5
Lastly add vinegar and pomegranate molasses and serve with pita bread and lemon wedges.
