Preparation
Step 1
Heat water in a deep pot, let it reach a boil and add your fettuccine.
Step 2
In a small bowl mix your light soy and dark soy sauce along with the oyster sauce and brown sugar, then add 2 tbsp of water and whisk until combined.
Step 3
Meanwhile, in a wok, heat the oil, then add garlic and chili. Stir for 30 seconds and add chicken. Continue stirring until light golden.
Step 4
Add onion and pepper, stir for 2 minutes then add zucchini and stir for another minute.
Step 5
Add the sauce, reduce the heat and let it cook for 4-5 minutes.
Step 6
Add the fettuccine, green onion and sauce to wok and stir for 2 minutes, then serve.
