Preparation

Step 1

-In a saucepan boil pasta according to package.
 

Step 2

In a large pan add corn kernels and cook on high heat until roasted and charred, sit aside.
 

Step 3

In the same pan heat oil and cook onion until tender, add garlic and stir for 30 seconds.
-Add leeks to garlic and cook until wilted.
 

Step 4

To the same pan add corn cream and cooking cream along with chicken cube, spices and as much as you need from pasta water but add gradullay until you reach creamy consistency but not too thick.
 

Step 5

Simmer sauce for 5 mins on low until flavors are developed

Step 6

Blend the mixtue in a food processor or hand blender until creamy and smooth.
 

Step 7

Add it back to the pan with pasta along with charred corn, parmesan and let it cook covered on low for 5 mins, add lemon juice stir and serve.
