Preparation
Step 1
Melt the butter in a large saucepan, then add onion and celery. Once your vegetables soften, add garlic, and cook until fragrant.
Step 2
Add the chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Add the chicken stock and bring your sauce to a boil then stir in the pasta. Reduce the heat and let it cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally until the pasta is cooked through.
Step 3
Remove from heat, stir in buffalo sauce, cream cheese, cheddar, and mozzarella until combined. Then, season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Garnish with blue cheese and green onion and serve!
