Roses Apple pie

Quite simply the prettiest twist on a classic favourite, these individual roses apples pies are as tasty as they are trendy. Follow our step-by-step guide and we’ll show you how to make the pastry, line the cases and assemble the edible apple roses themselves (a sharp knife or mandolin will make all the difference when slicing the apple petals into thin, uniform pieces).

Step 1
To prepare the dough: Mix vanilla, salt, sugar and flour good to knead the butter, add the eggs and complete the kneading, and set aside.
Step 2
Cut apple slices into slices and soak them in water and some drops of lemon juice.
Step 3
Roll out the dough to half a cm and cut into circle to cover the base of the pie pans and the edges. Repeated till you cver all the indivisual pans.
Step 4
Fill the pies with Cream patisserie.
Step 5
Arrange the apple slices one next to the other in a cercular shape to form a rose shape.
Step 6
Placed in the oven until golden
