Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C.

Step 2

Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper for easier removal of the bars later.
 

Step 3

In a large bowl, mash together the banana and raspberries using a fork until they are well combined. 

Step 4

Add the peanut butter and oats to the mashed banana and raspberry mixture. Mix everything well until well-combined and there are no dry pockets of oats.
 

Step 5

Spread the mixture evenly into your prepared baking dish, top with crumble.
 

Step 6

Bake the oat bars for 35 to 40 minutes, or until they are golden brown. 
 

Step 7

Take the oat bars out of the oven and let them cool completely in the baking dish before slicing them into bars. This will help them to firm up properly.
