Preparation
Step 1
For the kebabs, mix the beef mince, flour, spices, garlic and salt and pepper in a large bowl. Roll into balls then flatten into patties. Chill for 20 minutes.
Step 2
While the burgers chill, make the salad by mixing the eggs, cucumber, tomato and red onion. Stir in the yogurt and tahini and season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Cook the burgers in a frying pan or on a griddle until cooked to your liking.
Step 4
To build the sandwiches, spread the base of the bun with lemon mayonnaise. Top with the patty, a spoonful of the mero salad, and some arugula. Add tomato and onion, if you like, and top with the lid to serve.
