Preparation
Step 1
For the slaw, mix all the vegetables and herbs in a bowl. Coat with the peanut butter, mayonnaise, and vinegar until really well combined. Set aside until needed.
Step 2
Set a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the Korean BBQ and cook for 3-4 minutes until the sauce has thinned out and is bubbling. Add the hot dogs and cook for 3-4 minutes until the hot dogs are glazed. Coat with the sesame seeds.
Step 3
Serve the hot dogs in the rolls then coat with the slaw.
