Preparation
Step 1
Set a dry griddle pan over medium-high heat. Char the pineapple slices until they start to blacken. Put in a bowl with the spring onion, pepper, red onion, coriander a,nd lime juice. Toss to combine.
Step 2
Brush the hot dogs with the BBQ sauce and wrap in the turkey bacon. Cook in the griddle pan with the sunflower oil until the turkey bacon is golden brown and crisp. Remove from the heat and brush with more BBQ sauce.
Step 3
Coat the inside of the hot dog rolls with the mayonnaise. Add the cooked hot dogs and top with the charred pineapple to serve.
