Step 1
In a large bowl, whisk soy sauce, green onions, oil, honey, and sesame seeds. Add tuna and peppers; toss until well-combined.
Step 2
In the serving bowl, add the cooked rice, top with sliced radishes in one quarter, shredded carrots in the second quarter, shredded cabbage in the third quarter, and the tuna in the fourth quarter. Garnish with the sesame seeds and serve.
