Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl season the shrimp and leave for 10 minutes.
Step 2
On high heat grill the pineapple on a hot grill until charred on both sides
Step 3
Remove pineapple and grill shrimp on the same pan on medium low for 1 min on each side until fully cooked.
Step 4
In a food processor add sauce ingredients and mix until well combined.
Step 5
to assemble salad, mix pineapple, shrimp and onion with sauce.
Step 6
Top it on the mixed lettuce and roasted sourdough and serve.
