Preparation

Step 1

On a pan heat olive oil on medium heat, add the fish fillet and let it sear.
 

Step 2

press down on the fillet for couple of seconds so it does not shrink.
 

Step 3

Add to the fish the tomato, capers and olives.
 

Step 4

Add the white wine and let it evaporate for 5 minutes, add spices with lemon juice and balsamic vinegar then cover and let it cook for 10-15 minutes on low for medium sized fish fillet.

Step 5

Once cooked serve with some mixed greens and goody lemon mayonnaise.
