Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, add the tuna and mayonnaise and mix well to combine.
Step 2
Stir in the finely diced red onion, chopped dill, chili flakes, and sea salt.
Step 3
Add the lemon juice and mashed avocado. Fold everything together gently until well incorporated
Step 4
Assembly: Toast ciabatta to your desired level of crispness. add layer of cheese on the bread. Top with a generous scoop of the tuna avocado. Add sliced tomato, jalapeno and arugula. cover with another bread layer and serve.
