Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl mix goody albacore tuna with salt, cajun, olive oil, pepper, lemon, celery and capers.
Step 2
In a pan heat shallow oil, once heated fry tortilla bread while pressing on it, once golden flip to the other side until golden.
Step 3
Move tortilla on paper towel to remove excess oil.
Step 4
To assemble the dish, add some of the tuna mix on the crispy tortilla, garnish with onion and red chili, finally top with goody tartar sauce and serve.
