Preparation
Step 1
Place each tortilla on a flat cutting board, then press 100g of ground beef onto each tortilla's surface. Season with salt and pepper. Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and beef.
Step 2
Heat one tablespoon of oil in a hot skillet. Place a tortilla with the beef side down in the oil and cook for about 5 minutes on medium heat until it makes a crispy sound. Once the bottom is golden, flip it to cook the other side. Place a slice of cheese on top of the beef, then use the skillet's lid to cover for 2 minutes until the cheese melts. Remove from the heat and place on a plate. Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and beef.
Step 3
Top the beef and cheese with onions, lettuce, and pickled cucumber slices. Drizzle with Goody burger sauce. Fold the tortilla over and enjoy!
