Step 1
Put the lamb in a large pot over medium heat. Add the tomato puree, onions, parsley, spices, butter, and oil.Add 2 liters of boiling water and stir, then cover and let it cook for 45 minutes until the lamb is cooked through.
Step 2
Add the orzo pasta and stir continuously until the pasta is cooked through and does not stick to the bottom.Turn off the heat and add the dried mint and chopped parsley. Serve hot.
