Preparation
Step 1
Pour the condensed milk and double cream into a bowl. Beat with an electric whisk for 3-4 minutes or until the mixture holds its shape.
Step 2
Stir ¾ of the baklava through the mixture and spoon into a 28cm loaf tin. Sprinkle the remaining baklava on top then freeze for 4 hours, overnight if possible, until set.
Step 3
Drizzle with the sweet syrup then serve.
