Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180C. Grease and line a 20cm square baking dish with baking paper.
Step 2
Combine all the ingredients except the jam in a bowl and mix well. Tip half the mixture into the prepared tin and press into an even layer, making sure the mixture gets into all the corners. Spread with jam then layer with the remaining mixture.
Step 3
Bake for 15 minutes.Remove from the oven and leave to cool completely. Remove from the parchment and cut into bars. Wrap in wax paper and take to work. The bars will keep in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
