Preparation

Step 1

To make the popsicles, blend the peanut butter, chocolate spread, chia seeds, condensed milk, coconut milk and vanilla extract until fully combined. Divide equally among 8 popsicle moulds, insert the stick then freeze overnight.
 

Step 2

Once the popsicles have frozen, prepare the chocolate shell. Melt the dark or milk chocolate with the coconut oil then transfer to a tall glass jar. Dip the frozen popsicles into the melted chocolate then decorate with your toppings.
 

Step 3

Transfer to a plate lined with baking paper then freeze again to set the chocolate. The popsicles are best if you remove them from the freezer 5 minutes before enjoying.
