Preparation
Step 1
Cook the Goody Microwaveable Popcorn – Natural Flavor according to pack instructions, then tip into a large bowl.
Step 2
Add the apricots and dates and mix really well.
Step 3
Heat the Goody Natural No-Stir Peanut Butter Dark Chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir through the popcorn mixture and roll into 24 small balls.
Step 4
Leave to set in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
