Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200C. Boil the gnocchi in boiling salted water for 2 minutes. Use a slotted spoon to transfer the gnocchi to a large baking dish.
 

Step 2

In the same boiling water, cook the broccoli, spinach and peas for 2 minutes. Drain well, return to the pan and add the alfredo sauce. Use a hand blender to blitz until smooth then pour over the gnocchi.
 

Step 3

Mix in the drained tuna, scatter with breadcrumbs and cheese, and bake for 5 minutes until golden and bubbling.
