Preparation
Step 1
Set a large saucepan with the oil over medium heat. Cook the ginger, garlic, and spring onions for 2 minutes.
Step 2
Pour in the stock, add the lemon grass and bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Stir in the teriyaki sauce, beef, sugar snaps, broccoli, and noodles. Cook for 5 minutes until the noodles and vegetables are cooked and the beef is lightly cooked.
Divide among 4 bowls and garnish with boiled eggs and coriander.
