Preparation
Step 1
Put the Goody Chick Peas in a blender and blitz until smooth. Tip into a bowl.
Step 2
Drain the Goody Light Meat Tuna in Sunflower Oil and add to the bowl along with half the herbs, 2 tbsp plain flour, 1 tbsp Goody Spicy Chipotle Sauce. Mix well.
Step 3
Form the tuna mixture into 8 cakes and set a frying pan with 1 tbsp olive oil over a medium heat. Cook the cakes for 2 minutes on each side until light golden brown.
Step 4
Serve with the extra herbs and the remaining Goody Mayonnaise Garlic Srirachia.
