Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the cheese and cream until smooth and creamy.
Step 2
Add the remaining ingredients to the cheese mixture and mix well.
Step 3
Add an equal amount of the mixture to each piece of mtabbak and close it from all four sides to form a square.
Step 4
Heat a frying pan over high heat with a little vegetable oil and fry each piece of mtabbak on both sides until golden brown and crispy.
Step 5
Enjoy it with a cup of tea.
