Preparation
Step 1
Pat salmon dry, then season with salt, pepper and paprika. Set aside.
Step 2
Add butter and oil to a large, oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Once butter is melted, add garlic and let it cook for 30 seconds then add water, teriyaki, sriracha, honey and lemon juice and cook for 30 seconds or so, until sauce is heated through.
Step 3
Add the salmon and cook 3 minutes. While salmon cooks, baste frequently with sauce from the pan by spooning it over the top of the salmon.
Step 4
Broil salmon for 5-6 minutes, basting with sauce once during the broil, until salmon is caramelized and cooked to desired doneness.
Step 5
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with steamed rice rice.
