Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C, gas mark 4. Cut the Arabic bread into 8 pieces and bake on a tray for 6-8 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
Put the fava and butter beans in a blender with the tuna and lemon juice. Pulse into a bowl, swirling the top with the back of a spoon

Step 2

Peel the cucumber into ribbons and arrange on top of the tip. Scatter with the lemon zest and drizzle with the olive oil before serving.
